Prairie 500-Enriched Bakers Flour
A strong patent flour produced from the top grades of Western Canadian spring wheat. with its strong gluten properties, this is an extremely versatile flour suited for a variety of baking applications. ideally suited for pan breads, rolls, hamburger buns, hearth breads, and pizzas. Available bleached or unbleached.

Prairie 700-Extra Strong Flour (Special Breads Formula)
A top quality high-gluten flour milled from Western spring wheat. With its superior water absorption and baking performance this flour can carry a large number of other baking ingredients, such as rye and whole wheat flours, whole grains, and bran. Best suited for rye breads, bagels, whole grain and other specialty breads.

Prairie 1200-Whole Wheat Flour
A strong flour made from western red spring wheat, containing bran. Best suited for whole wheat breads and a variety of multi-grain baked goods.
