In accordance with our strict in-house specifications, we work directly with local farmers and grain elevators to source the optimum wheat varieties for our signature flours.
The ability to hand-select wheat at the source, together with one of the most advanced and automated milling facilities in North America, allows us to offer all our customers consistent quality flours at a competitive price.
Prairie Flour Millls Ltd. serves all facets of the North American food industry, including bakery and foodservice distributors, as well as manufacturers. We offer a wide pallet of products, ranging from pita and pizza flours to our hallmark high-gluten bakers flours in a variety of bag sizes. All of our products are 'kosher' certified. Custom flour formulations and private labelling arrangements are also available.
